Stephen Thomas Elrick 1945—2021

Steve passed away peacefully in his sleep on September 23, 2021, in Wailuku, Hawaii after a courageous battle with Parkinson's Disease.

Steve was born on September 8, 1945, to Albert and Shirley (Wilson) Elrick at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL.

He graduated from East High School in 1963.

Steve married Sandra Kaye (Neumann) on November 19, 1966, in Rockford, Il.

Steve was a veteran who served as an electronic instructor in the Army. He graduated from UW-Whitewater with a degree in Marketing in 1971.

Steve was the President of Forest City Electric Supply Co. and Foresco Lighting. In 2014 Steve retired to Wailuku, Maui, Hi

He was a member of the Shriners, Try-Beta Club, Kihei Canoe Club, and the Coast Guard Auxiliary.

Steve loved everything mechanical. He had a passion for cars and loved racing of all kinds. His second love was for the waters of Lake Geneva and Maui.

Steve will be deeply missed and is remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

Steve is survived by his wife, 2 daughters, 5 grandchildren and a sister.

Per Steve's wishes there will be no services.
