According to information I found from various sources on the Internet, Michael Arthur Witter was born on 28 Nov 1945 at Rockford, Winnebago County, Illinois. He served in the US Air Force beginning on 11 Jan 1965. He served in Vietnam and attained the rank of Sargent. He died on 07 Jan 2001 and was interred on 16 Jan 2001 at Camp Butler National Cemetery at Springfield, Illinois
